Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States. [International shipping is not available at this time.]

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier, but typically take 3–7 business days after processing.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
4. Incorrect or Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Mystery Charms LLC is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is lost by the carrier, please contact us so we can help file a claim.
5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the mystery nature of our scoops, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [getmysterycharms@gmail.com]. Please include photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Mystery scoops and prizes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads (if offered) cannot be returned.
